“The location of Snow Crystal was perfect for us.”
We are a family of 5 and were in Niseko for the first time. The location of Snow Crystal was perfect for us. Only 2-3 minutes to the Ace Family Quad Chair by foot. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Most importantly, we were on a 3 bedroom unit, it had 3 bathrooms! Service by front desk was helpful and efficient. They even helped us with restaurant reservations etc. I would highly recommend it, it definitely suited our budget and needs.

“The views of Mount Yotei were the highlight”
We had an amazing time staying at Snow Crystal hotel. The serviced apartment had everything you needed for a stay that felt like home, and it was very well heated to keep you nice and warm. The apartment was clean and super spacious with a fully functioning kitchen. There are lockers to store your snowboards etc and an onsite drop off if you've hired your equipment from Rhythm, which was very convenient. There is parking onsite if you have a car and a short walk to a ski lift that is connected to grand hirafu. Additionally, we were also walking distance to restaurant, grocery and convenient stores. The views of Mount Yotei were the highlight of every morning. Snow Crystal is also located across the Vale Niseko, which had a great breakfast menu with good coffee to start the morning, and a relaxing public onsen to end the day. The staff were amazing, especially Maddie who gave us great recommendations of places to eat in town, advice of runs at each ski resort, and even when we were leaving she gave us advice of how to get to our next destination safely. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back 😊

“Can’t wait to be back!”
We had an amazing stay at Snow Crystal recently! The space was very clean and well maintained with very helpful receptionists who had good recommendations on restaurants and activities around Hirafu village. The location is 1000/10 being so close to lifts, bars and restaurants. Can’t wait to be back!

“Biggest draw is the location”
Had an amazing stay. Super close to the slopes — less than a 5-minute walk to the chairlift into Hirafu, which made getting on the mountain each day super easy. The place was clean and well maintained, with a well-managed drying room and plenty of space allocated for gear. Biggest draw is the location — close to the slopes, food options, and convenience stores. The view from the room was incredible, with Mt Yotei every morning. Maddie, our concierge, was super helpful with food recommendations, getting around town, and general tips. Being able to grab brekky across the road and then head straight to the Family Chairlift (literally a stone’s throw away) made each ski day effortless.

“An amazing place to reset after a day on the slopes”
Stayed at Snow Crystal as a group and had such a great experience. The rooms were spotless, the kitchen was spacious with all the basic necessities, and the panoramic views of Mount Yotei were incredible. It was honestly hard to leave on time for first tracks each morning because it was so cosy… we kept finding ourselves heading out later than planned just to linger a little longer. The location was super convenient for everything and an amazing place to reset after a day on the slopes. Easy access to the lifts, plenty of food nearby, and close to rental shops. Parking was right outside and always available, which made things really easy. Service and cleaning were spectacular. A special shoutout to Maddie, who was amazing throughout our stay. She gave us daily tips on where to visit and which specific slopes to check out, always tailoring her recommendations to the conditions that day rather than giving generic answers. She consistently went above and beyond, and was super approachable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Would highly recommend Snow Crystal to anyone looking for a more spacious and private stay while still being close to all the action.

“We absolutely loved our stay at Snow Crystal”
We came as a group of 4 and we absolutely loved our stay at Snow Crystal. It's exactly a 2-3 minute walk from the Family chair lift and a short walk away from the main dining precinct for all your izakayas and coffee needs. Waking up with Mount Yotei every morning was one of the highlights and I particularly enjoyed all the heaters around the house which you could use to dry off your snow gear. But I think the main sell is the concierge! We had Maddie for the majority of our stay and she was freaking awesome!! She gave us a list of restaurant/bar recommendations and told us which runs to go to which would fit our intermediate level (she also recommended some gates for us to try as first timers - Strawberry fields IYKYK :)). She was super diligent in answering all our questions (IRL and over whatsapp) and even messaged me when I forgot my phone charger after packing up. KUDOS TO YOU MADDIE! - you made our stay even more fantastic than it already was! Hope to be back in 2027!
