“Fabulous stay close to slopes and restaurants”
We stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse aptmt with friends. The accommodations were great. Amazing views of Yotei. The aptmt has 2 bedrooms that are similar in size and spacious for Japan standards. Perfect for traveling with friends or family. Kitchen is well equipped. We ate breakfast every morning and one night brought in a sashimi platter.
It was an expected bonus to have house keeping twice during our stay. Nice having the roof top hot tub although could benefit from a new cover.
Amazing location. Less than 5 minutes easy walk to slopes. Nice having a ski locker. Appreciate reception helping us transfer our gear to Osaka airport. Highly recommend staying here.

“Just amazing”
So close to the lifts and handy to food and bars. The accomodation provided plenty of space for myself and 3 boys. Dry room is conveniently located and the staff were very flexible when checking in late due to arrival delays. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

“The experience felt like home out of home”
We stayed at Snow Crystal recently and could not have asked for a better place to stay! The location was central, the apartment new and modern with spacious bedrooms, 2 well designed bathrooms, a well equipped open kitchen as well as a laundry and drying racks for ski gear. The family ski lift was close by and the ski lockers clean and easy to access. Our stay was very pleasant and smooth from the friendly check in by Kristen all the way from the front desk service from Rainbow and the others on duty during our stay. The experience felt like home out of home and was exactly what we were hoping for and more! Well done to the Snow Crystal team! We will be back :)

“We had a great stay at Snow Crystal”
We had a great stay at Snow Crystal - quick 3 minute walk to rentals and the lifts and to food and markets. Unit itself was well equipped with kitchen essentials and laundry. Luke at the front desk was also so helpful all throughout our stay helping us arrange rides and dinner reservations!
